Who should be careful

General food information, not medical advice. Check with your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication or managing a health condition. Flax and chia are high in fiber: increase gradually and drink water. Chia swells in liquid: drink water, and soak it first if you have trouble swallowing. Contains tree nuts. Prunes can have a laxative effect.
